Lorde & boyfriend James Lowe engaged? 'Royals' crooner slams 'E!' on Twitter for marriage rumors, 'wedding ring' PHOTO goes viral

Lorde is currently dating a guy named James Lowe. But the popular New Zealand songstress is only 17-years-old - so she's not thinking about marriage right now!

But recently, the popular gossip outlet E! reached-out to Lowe, asking him "are you two engaged" just because the "Royals" crooner was spotted wearing a flashy ring on her left hand.

That ticked Lorde off.

On Sunday (March 16), the outspoken pop sensation tweeted:

@lordemusic: "you have officially hit the big time when creeps from e think wearing rings means getting married -_______-."

That "engagement" ring was nothing more than a piece of jewelry. Lorde is NOT getting married... yet (via Gossip Cop).
