The man who became famous for his 132-pound scrotum, is dead. MStars has learned that Wesley Warren Jr. passed away from a non-scrotum health issue at the age of 49.

According to TMZ, Warren died Friday, March 14 at University Medical Center after suffering from two heart attacks in the past weeks.

But the Huffingtonpost.com reported no cause of death has been officially announced.  Warren's roommate, Joey Hurtado, told a local Las Vegas news source that he did indeed suffer two recent heart attacks.

"He was in the hospital for five and a half weeks," Hurtado said. "He had infections that I think were brought on by his diabetes and then he had those heart attacks."

Hurtado told the paper that he didn't think his roommates testicle removal surgery in 2013 had anything to do with his death. Warren weighed 552 lbs when he had surgery last April, and when his famous scrotum was decreased he was 200 lbs lighter.

The 49-year-old's scrotum first became enlarged in May 2008 when he suffered an injury to his right testicle.

"I woke up the next day and my scrotum was the size of a honeydew melon," he said in an interview back in August. "My personal hell was just beginning."

Warren's scrotum grew 3 lbs and would keep growing. We also have learned that Warren had no health insurance, so he couldn't afford to get help for his injury, until he became internationally known for his man hood.

RIP Wesley Warren Jr.
