Chris Brown ordered to stay in jail for one month

MStars has learned that Chris Brown was ordered to stay in jail until April 23. TMZ revealed that the singer was sentenced to one month in jail while in court Monday, in his bid to win a release.

MStars recently reported that Chris was arrested after he was kicked out of rehab Friday. The judge that ordered the singer to stay in rehab while he decided on whether he violated his probation in in the Rihanna case, has now had him arrested immediately after he was kicked out of the rehab facility.

The judge has stated that Breezy had an "inability to stay out of trouble." The judge was also worried when the troubled singer said while in rehab, "I am good at using guns and knives."

The huge who ordered Chris to sit in jail until April 23 wants the singer behind bars until a D.C. jury decides if he committed criminal assault in an unrelated case. The former lover of Rihanna is set to take trial on April 17. It is unknown if Chris will be back to attend the trial.

The L.A. judge is holding a probation violation hearing on April 23 and if Brown is convicted in D.C. he will have to face more legal issues. The singer could face up to 4 years in prison for violation probation in the Rihanna case.
