One Weight Watchers in and one is out. MStars has learned that Singer Jennifer Hudson has quit the weight loss program, after being the spokeswoman for the program since 2010.

The singer said in a statement, "I have chosen to step away from my role as ambassador and I am excited for the year to come, with many new projects and lots of new music. My experience with Weight Watchers has truly been life changing. I am grateful for what I have learned throughout the process and will always take it with me," Jennifer said. "I have chosen to step away from my role as ambassador and I am excited for the year to come, with many new projects and lots of new music."

According to s2smagazine, the singer was told she was too fat to be an "American Idol," taking it seriously, Hudson dropped 80lbs on the weight loss program.

Another source reveals that the singer's decision to quit Weight Watchers was due to some critics and fans, including her husband, saying that she had became "too skinny."

"Jennifer's weight has been an issue between them ever since she lost her first big chunk of weight in 2010," an insider allegedly told the National Enquirer. "Now she takes up to four hours to get ready when they go out, and she gets stressed out every time she puts a morsel of food in her mouth."

As far Weight Watchers they replied to the singer's statement saying, ""We're confident Jennifer will remain a Lifetime Member. Jennifer's healthy lifestyle and successful weight loss has inspired so many - from her friends and family to our members and staff, as well as people around the world - and we know that inspiration lives on."

Meanwhile, another singer that is happy to be apart of the Weight Watchers program, is Jessica Simpson.

The mother of two is showing off her new Weight Watchers figure and loving the spokeswoman role she plays. The 33-year-old star has reached her post-pregnancy goal weight and gives credits to her workouts and trainer, Harley Pasternak ABC reports.

"My dress is sooo wrinkled! I tried the shower steam thing ... totally didn't work! Haha!" she said on her Instagram photo, taken March 12. "But...My workouts have!!! I'm proud to walk with these gams! Get your steps in!!! Anyone can do it! #weightwatchers"

Simpson became a spokeswoman for the weight loss program after giving birth to her little girl, Maxwell in May 2012. She took a break from the program when she became pregnant with her son, Ace. ABC also revealed that she took walks with her fiancé Eric Johnson, made trips to the gym and linked back up to Weight Watchers, and now the results are paying off.

"I'm taking it week by week so I don't get frustrated with myself," she said. "If I had a long-term goal, and that's all I thought about it, I think it would set me back more. So I really, every week, try to make sure I stick with my points and get four workouts in. That's my goal this week, and I hope that I can lose from that. If not, I'm going to keep on going and try it the next week. So far, so good."
