Halle Berry adds to divorce rumors, 'X-Men' star steps out without wedding ring

Halle Berry is not helping the rumors go away that she is giving up on her marriage to Olivier Martinez, in fact she is making more rumors surface by not wearing her wedding ring.

According to the Daily Mail, the X-Men actress was seen pumping gas on Wednesday in Los Angeles without a wedding ring on her finger.

MStars recently reported that Berry, 47 and her husband, French actor Olivier Martinez, 48 have been allegedly "living separate lives."

Berry who is normally stylish, was photographed looking like she had just got out of bed. The mother of two wore a pair of black and grey striped pajama pants, a black hoodie, and a hat and shades to disguise her face.

Normally some husbands and wives  don't put on their wedding rings while taking a shower, getting out of of bed, or even while they are asleep so this could just be what Berry was up to. The actress could have been just getting out of bed to pump some gas as she returned home.

Although sources suggest that the pair being seen out in public not wearing wedding rings, means something else, MStars hopes that the couple is not headed for a divorce.  

The actor and actress have only been married for eight months. The site reveals that Berry's last time being seen in public with Martinez was December 7 at the Pantages theatre. It seems that a pattern is starting, because Ms. Berry showed up at the Oscar festivities alone with her wedding ring missing as well.

If a divorce is near, it appears to be because of arguments. Daily Mail reports that a friend told Star magazine that, "They have had some extremely vicious arguments, and every small thing is causing issues."

"Olivier thinks Halle is spending too much time working and trying to lose weight and not enough on their baby, she's tired of him telling her what to do. Both of them are very hot-tempered and stubborn."

The couple are the parents to a 5-month-old son, Maceo, and Berry also has a 6-year-old daughter, Nahla from a previous relationship.
