Actress Amanda Bynes has had limited contact to her fans, but Bynes has recently posted to her Twitter account a healthy-looking selfie with her mother on March 22. The starlet last made headlines for her erratic behavior that was believed to be caused from a formerly undiagnosed mental illness.  Bynes checked into a rehab facility in late Sept. 2013 and was released in early Dec. 2013.

The Easy A actress was reportedly diagnosed with schizophrenia after seeking treatment at The Canyon in Malibu. The treatment center specializes in drug abuse, but had outside physicians to help with Bynes' case. Bynes will continue to seek outpatient treatment, according to a source at The Daily News.

After her stay at the treatment center, Bynes enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Design Merchandising (FIDM) in Orange County, California. According to TMZ,  she has become more confident with herself, has been socializing with classmates and presenting to the entire class with ease.

TMZ originally broke the story that Bynes was suffering from the mental disorder Schizophrenia and noted that her previous comments, particularly about rapper Drake, now "horrifies her."  The report stated that Bynes has stopped smoking weed and is undergoing tattoo removal.

The once-troubled starlet appears to be in good shape with beautiful, blonde locks and a warm smile on her face in each photo submitted to her Twitter account.

Bynes wrote on March 1, "Hi everyone!  I'm busy studying @FIDM but I want to say I love you to my fans!  Xoxo Amanda."
