'Game of Thrones' starlet Sophie Turner compares Justin Bieber to King Joffrey

Sophie Turner recently made a brief comment that made a lot of sense to many, but could upset some more. The star of Game of Thrones compared Justin Bieber to the villainous King Joffrey, which you will either totally agree with or scoff at. Either way, it's at least funny to think about.

When asked by The Sunday Times whether she considers herself to be like her character from the HBO series, Turner managed to slip in the Bieber diss.

"Well, I've been told by other cast members that I'm a lot like her. Maybe when I first joined the show," she explained. "I was only 13, I was one of those girls that read OK! 12 times a week, and I was all 'Ooh, Justin Bieber' - who is the Joffrey Baratheon of our time."

Considering Joffrey is one of the most evil, shrewd-like characters to grace the small screen (and possibly the big screen), this is easily meant as a negative comment. What's sad is that Turner isn't exactly wrong.

Bieber is part of the modern royalty known as celebrity. He's the most popular pop star in the world, but he's kind of a jerk these days. He was recently arrested for a DUI drag racing charge and a recently released deposition made him look like a spoiled brat.
