The second official trailer for X-Men: Days of Future Past has dropped and it features plenty of new footage from Bryan Singer's epic superhero film.

The trailer features voiceover narration from Charles Xavier (Patrick Stewart) and plenty of new sequences of Young Charles (James McAvoy), Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), Young Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence), both Magnetos (Michael Fassbender and Ian McKellen) and more. Check it out below:

In other news, Nicholas Hoult will portray Young Beast in X-Men: Days of Future Past, but a report claims that Kelsey Grammer will reprise his role from X-Men: The Last Stand for a cameo role in Bryan Singer's newest mutant movie.

Showbiz Spy reports through an inside source that Grammer filmed scenes during the movie's post-production "on the Fox lot under the impression that Kelsey would be on set to film a pilot for a different project." The report also states that he "jumped at the opportunity the second it was brought to his attention."

If true, then this is an interesting choice because the film had gotten so crowded that Singer had to almost entirely cut Anna Paquin (Rogue) and, reportedly, Halle Berry (Storm) out of the movie. It's a bit odd that those behind the film would decide to add even more characters into an already jam-packed adventure.

The New York Daily News reports that Berry's part in the movie has been trimmed to just one scene in Bryan Singer's latest installment in the franchise.

"Meanwhile, on the work front, a source who was on the set of X-Men: Days of Future Past tells us Berry, who plays Storm, was cut out of every scene but one in post-production," the report states.
