MStars has learned that Laker great Shaquille O'Neal is under investigation by Atlanta Police after a man claimed that O'Neal punched him at Turner Studios in 2013.

The ex-NBA player claims that he and the man making the allegations were just playing around. According to the police report, 44-year-old Robert Williams, who apparently works as a camera operator, is claiming that he was attacked by Shaq while at work at Turner Studios; Shaq films "Inside the NBA" at Turner Studios.

"While at work at Turner Studios on May 9th 2013, about 12:30am, as I was performing my duties at work, Shaquille O'Neal ran out of a room and hit me with a tackle punch to the back knocking me down and falling on top of me injuring my neck and back."

Williams who reported the incident to Turner security is also claiming that he had to receive medical assistance.  The police report was filed months later, on July 2. The former Heat player claims that the whole thing is becoming out of control.

An attorney representing the ex-NBA star told WSB TV, "This was nothing more than horseplay. No on intended for anyone to get injured."

No charges or arrest have been made against the baller, but the incident is still under investigation.
