Christina Aguilera New Single in August?

It's been two years since the pint-sized powerhouse vocalist Christina Aguilera last released new music.  The singer has been busy as a coach on "The Voice" for two seasons.

It is rumored that she will release a new single before the summer ends.  A source told Billboard that "The Voice" judge is now working hard on a followup to her last studio album "Bionic" from 2010.  

"Bionic" was one of her less successful albums that sold 308,000 copies according Nielson SoundScan.  Aguilera's last collaboration with Maroon 5' Adam Levine on his "Moves Like Jagger" single however did hit No. 1 on the Hot 100 Billboard chart.
