During the March Madness NCAA basketball tournament coverage this week on CBS, former NBA great Charles Barkley was shown a Twitter post from fellow legend Shaquille O'Neal that started a hilarious stretch of jokes at Shaq's expense.

This is the tweet that Barkley was shown during the CBS broadcast:

Almost immediately the jokes started coming. Barkley poked fun at the typo in the tweet that was shown on the broadcast (not actually O'Neal's mistake), saying Shaq never graduated from college and then did a short impression.

From there, Barkley said that O'Neal is a great friend and that loves working with him. Then, when Shaq's net worth was brought up due to his successful career, more jokes came but this time at Barkley's own expense!

"Oh my God. If he ever got my bank account he'd just kill himself ... are you kidding? He's on every commercial! He's got enough lotion to last the rest of his life. Talking about 'Man up,' Barkley joked. "He's got that cream soda, spreading diabetes all over the world ...There's like fifty grams of sugar in one can of that cream soda!"

His co-hosts (Kenny Smith, Greg Gumbel and Clark Kellogg) were cracking up every with everything Barkely said. It was like seeing the Saturday Night Live sketch featuring Keenan Thompson as Barkley and Jay Pharoah as Shaq.

Check out this hilarious clip below and try not to watch it over and over again for all of the laughter:

What did you think of Barkley's jokes on Shaq?
