Justin Bieber parties without Selena Gomez, already cheating on girlfriend? How is Miley Cyrus involved with singer's 'flirtatious' ways?

Rumors suggest that on-and-off again couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are "officially" back together. But is the Biebs still enjoying his time playing the field?

According to HollywoodLife.com, the "Believe" crooner was spotted partying (WITHOUT his "Come & Get It" muse) over the weekend in Canada. He appeared to be having a blast with a group of about 15 friends.

Apparently, 20-year-old Bieber danced and drank the night away at Montreal's popular Buonanotte nightclub on both Friday and Saturday night (March 28-29). The pop megastar and his posse arrived around 1 am on both evenings, according to an eyewitness.

But Bieber wasn't causing any trouble - the group ordered around 10 pizzas and just hung-out. They also ordered some top-notch bottle service (primarily Grey Goose vodka). But no worries, Beliebers! The drinking age in Quebec is 18 - so the Biebs wasn't breaking any laws.

Reports allege that Bieber was in Canada over the weekend to support his friend Miley Cyrus, who performed a concert there Saturday night.

And no - the two pals were NOT spotted partying or "flirting" together.

So - why was Gomez nowhere in sight?

Surly she has a busy schedule of her own, so this doesn't necessarily mean that Jelena's breaking-up again. In fact, HollywoodLife points out that Bieber wasn't hanging around any specific girl during his party weekend. However, the Daily Mail reports that when the singer left the club at around 3 am one early morning, he invited three young ladies to go back to the hotel with him: 

"He was with a gang of people - his crew. There wasn't any ONE girl with him, but they were all there together," a source reveals.

Who knows what happened then.
