Zlatan Ibrahimovic prepares to face Chelsea, but is childhood peer better than him?

Wednesday evening Zlatan Ibrahimovic will step out on to the field to face Jose Mourinho's Chelsea, for his latest side PSG, who are one of the up and coming European forces. Over the years Zlatan has done it all, and he's been arrogant about his success, to say the least, but was their somebody who was better than him as he honed his skills? A childhood friend perhaps. Tony Flygare thinks so.

Flygare, a childhood friend of Zlatan's has recently been discussing their childhood soccer memories. Pointing to where they would play, using concrete blocks for goalposts, he explained "It didn't hurt to fall so we practised for hours and there would be pretty girls watching from the pier so each time we got more and more daring. We played for points and I'm telling you I was always better than Zlatan." That's brave words about one of the world's best players, from a man who has achieved little in comparison with regards to soccer.

The pair played together for Malmo, proving that Flygare was indeed a great player, but Zlatan has since played for many of the best teams in the world, proving there was a class between the two, even if Flygare thinks differently.

Flygare explained that he liked English football, whilst Zlatan didn't, which is ironic as Zlatan will attempt to eliminate English club Chelsea from the UEFA Champions League. Flygare explained, saying "I idolised Shearer and he hated English football because I loved it so much - that's what he was like,"

Is it possibly that Zlatan was the lesser of this pairing, or is Flygare simply bitter? Can Zlatan perform his usual heroics against Mourinho's Chelsea?
