Lily Allen this week helped celebrate the 275th anniversary of Coram, the oldest children's charity in the world. She performed at the special occasion, but her choice of outfit for the concert definitely turned more heads than one would think at a children's charity event. Allen wore a sheer top that lest very little to the imagination while celebrating this great cause.

Fortunately for those in attendance (or "unfortunately" depending on who you ask), Allen was also sporting some pasties under her sheer top. So there was a lot showing, but not everything!

E! Online reports:

The English singer flashed a generous amount of side boob while rocking a sheer, nude-colored beaded William Vintage top that clearly showed off her pasties during her performance for City Rocks at the Royal Albert Hall in London tonight. Allen proudly flaunted her figure in the racy top while serenading the crowd to celebrate the 275th birthday of Coram, the UK's oldest children's charity. The lineup also included The Feeling, Maverick Sabre, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Brian May and Kerry Ellis.

Lily even posted a few photos of the outfit on her Instagram account and poked fun at the amount of sideboob on display. Check them out right here:
