Rachel Frederickson, winner of the past season of The Biggest Loser, sparked controversy this year when she showed up to the reunion in February looking what appeared to be extremely underweight. After losing 155 pounds and reaching a meager weight of 105, she alarmed viewers and coaches of the hit show, bringing up the question of whether or not she'd become anorexic.

Through the course of the show, she lost 60% of her overall body weight, and ultimately reached a BMI of 18.0 - 0.5 less than what is considered to be underweight, according to the World Health Organization. A healthy BMI falls between the ranges of 18.5-24.99.

After receiving backlash from her massive transformation, Frederickson told NBC's Today Show, "I dieted, I exercised and did it healthy the whole way. I appreciate all the concern and can see where it comes from." But she stated that she was proud of her accomplishment.

Today, two months since the season ended, Fredrickson say she finally feels like she is at her perfect weight. She tells Us Weekly, "I've gone up about 20 pounds. I think I'm at my perfect weight." Now weighing 125 and having a 21.5 BMI, Frederickson is happy with how the finale of the show transpired, saying, "It started a discussion about body image. That's huge."

Frederickson tweeted the following pictures with the caption. "It's Time"

Frederickson has maintained her body weight since the show ended. "I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle. I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It not the end of the world."
