Amanda Bynes appears to be enjoying a much-needed Spring Break.

The 28-year-old actress turned fashion designer seems to have been going nonstop lately having just finished up her first quarter at fashion school FIDM, the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, in Orange County.

She took to Twitter last week to post pictures of her and her family at the FIDM Debut, an end of quarter fashion show on the campus that showcases the aspiring designs of the University's fashion students.

Bynes, who just turned 28 on April 3, took time out from relaxing in the sun in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to reach out to her 3 million Twitter followers, thanking them all for their birthday wishes. Bynes tweeted the following picture to go along with that caption:

In the picture, she is seen wearing a two piece neon bikini that show off her healthy and fit body.

In another photo that she captioned "Spring Break," she is all smiles, while relaxing on a chaise lounge and soaking in the sun.

Amanda's parents also vacationed with her in Mexico as part of her birthday celebration.

Bynes, who spent the better part of 2013 seeking medical treatment for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder seems like she is back on the road to recovery.

"Amanda is doing great and excelling in her studies. She is a natural when it comes to fashion and is really enjoying the learning process," family attorney, Tamar Arminak comments to E! News. She goes on to say that "her parents and family are so proud of her. She is an amazing girl."
