Kordell Stewart wins ugly custody battle against baby mama; Did this issue have anything to do with why Porsha and Kenya fought during the reunion show?

While his ex-wife battles it out with Kenya Moore, Kordell Stewart was caught in his own war with the court system and his baby mama in an long and overdue custody battle.

MStars has learned that the courts were in favor of the former NFL player, because he won primary custody of his nine-year-old son Syre.

LaeTania Richardson and Stewart settled in court on January 28 to have joint custody with each other, and the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star will get primary physical custody.

Porsha's ex filed for sole custody of his only son back in 2011 when he found out Richardson was planning to move to California after receiving a new job. Richardson fought back and revealed that Stewart never took his son on vacations, and spent time with Syre despite traveling with his then fiancee' Porsha Williams.

But now in 2014, it seems that the tension has ceased, because the parents came to an custody agreement that favors Stewart.

The legal documents reveal what the judge in the case decided: "Mother and the Child will have to right to communicate with each other over the telephone at Father's residence at any reasonable time. There should be no illegal drugs or non-prescribed narcotics in the presence of or around the child whenever either parent is caring for the child. The Father shall be the final decision maker should the parties disagree."
