Eminem & Mariah Carey 'beef' over? Nick Cannon ready to 'work it out' with 'MMLP2' rapper [WATCH]

At one point in time, rapper Eminem and pop diva Mariah Carey were "romantically involved" (allegedly). Things evidently turned sour, and Slim Shady's been making fun of the former "American Idol" starlet for years:

At first, Carey's hubby Nick Cannon was ticked-off at Shady for continuously dissing his baby mama. But now, so many years later, Cannon's finally ready to let things go. That is, if Marshall Mathers is ready to "work it out."

In a recent red carpet interview, the "Wild N' Out" host explains:

"I would love to work it out," Cannon said. "I'm a huge Eminem fan. It was just one of things where, at the end of the day, just as a man, if somebody is going to say something about my wife, and you got real words, then let's have real words... That's all it was - that was like man to man."

Good way to put it.

Shady has somewhat calmed-down over the years - do fans think the MMLP2 emcee will shake hands and call a truce with Cannon?
