Married to Medicine has kicked off with a bang, and the girls are stirring up a pot of drama. One star on the show, has had some personal drama of her own.

MStars has learned that Toya Bush-Harris and her husband Eugene was accused of a DUI hit and run leaving a lot of the story unsolved from the first season.

Last season, Quad revealed that Toya was involved in a hit and run, and drinking while impaired. "I isn't going around driving drunk and hit someone and left the scene. Oh girl, you got to stop, you got to stop." Toya was left speechless. "Oh wait, now you are making up sh-?" Toya added "oh my god, you are taking an innocent situation and tuned it into some bull-s. That is a lie! Who told you that? Who told you that? Who'd you hear it from Quad."

Well we are sorry to tell you that those allegations are just rumors and are false. Toya has come out and said she has never had a driving ticket before the year 2013. See her citation that she received back in April of that year.

The reality star says, "Now, in reference to her foolish allegations: I was never involved in a hit and run. I received my first ticket in Atlanta actually in April of 2013, not back in the fall of 2012." Quad who disagreed found herself hearing Toya firing back saying, "At the time in which Quad made her false statement [filming 2012], I had a clean driving record."

Quad, who does have a mugshot out there was still not backing down saying that, "She wasn't so lucky citation # E01138741. Has she not learned 'excuses are tools of incompetence, they build monuments of nothingness, those who use them seldom amount to anything.'" Toya said, "Now, in reference to her foolish allegations: I was never involved in a hit and run. I received my first ticket in Atlanta actually in April of 2013, not back in the fall of 2012."

We shall see if this drama will unfold in the new season of Married to Medicine.
