MStars has learned that San Francisco 49ers NFL player Aldon Smith has just been arrested at LAX airport after allegedly yelling out the word, "bomb" while in the airport terminal.

According to law enforcement all of the action took place at the security gate when Smith, who seemed to be drunk at the time was randomly selected for a secondary screening.

Cops are revealing that the outside linebacker started to become "belligerent and uncooperative with the process and with the TSA agent making a comment indicating that he was in possession of a bomb before proceeding toward the gate area."

The 24-year-old has a history of run ins with the law. He was arrested back in 2012 for a DUI and in 2013 he was charged with 3 counts of illegal possession of an assault weapon after a violent dispute at his San Joe, Ca home resulting in Smith being stabbed.

This incident is another increase to the 49ers problems; the team is already dealing with the "sexual in nature" investigation of quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

We have also learned that the 49er Smith, has been booked on one count of "false report of a bomb threat." If the 24-year-old is convicted he could face up to one year in jail.
