Jennifer Lopez dead 2014? Death Hoax! '#RIPJenniferLopez' trends on Twitter as 'American Idol' starlet receives GLAAD Vanguard Award

Jennifer Lopez is NOT dead!

On Monday (April 14), the morid hashtag #RIPJenniferLopez began trending on Twitter. Most friends were simply appauled by the viral death hoax:

Not sure how this all got started, but at least most fans didn't fall for the horrible hoax this time around.

Just to confirm, the "American Idol" sweetheart is indeed alive and well! Just hours before this latest celebrity death hoax went viral, J-Lo shared this photo from the 2014 GLAAD Awards on Instagram:

The songstress was awarded with the prestigious Vanguard Award as a staunch supporter of the LGBT community.

Lopez is definitely NOT dead - in fact, she looks great!
