Is Bravo producer, Andy Cohen throwing his own shade to other reality shows, like Basketball Wives and Mob Wives?

During a recent interview with NeNe Leakes, on Watch What Happens Live, Cohen called out the other popular shows trying to be on the level of success of his hit franchise, The Real Housewives. Other competitor networks like VH1, Lifetime, and WE tv more try to air their own take of women and the roles they play as wives.

When NeNe asked Cohen his thoughts on shows like Basketball Wives, and Mob Wives, Cohen said, "The think the [politically correct] thing is imitation is the sincerest form of flattery." He continued saying that VH1 programs were “a bunch of second-rate, sh*tty rip-off shows."
