Former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell swears he never said anything hurtful about Ariana Grande earlier this month, which caused quite the uproar in negative press. Though he still stands by his hurtful comments regarding Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber!

"There's just a lot of really young, entitled people," BuzzFeed quoted him as saying. "I don't think a lot of these young people have to work very hard. They're found on YouTube and, boom, thrown into the studio so they think they can get anything they want. Ariana Grande is a billionaire before she's been an artist. You have to work to be able to appreciate what you have ... what work did she ever have to do in her life?"

Bell took to Twitter to address this news, saying he never said the hurtful comment:

You can see what Drake Bell said about Bieber and Gaga RIGHT HERE, which he has said he doesn't regret saying. He most recently stood by his Bieber comments while being interviewed this week.

"It's one thing if Seth Rogen or some other star says something... I think because we're so close in demographic... my fans are his fans' age and they cross paths a lot, that might be why the clash is so fierce," he admitted during the 2014 MTV Movie Awards this weekend. "It's not like that. [There's] no jealousy or anything. He's a pop singer, I'm a rock and roll musician. I get on the stage with my guitar around my waist and turn my amp up. There's no bone to pick there with artistry. I just think we're so close in generations, that's why it gets picked up. 'Oh, he's jealous because he's this and that.' It's just like what everybody else is saying and commenting."

Drake's new album Ready, Steady, Go comes out April 22.
