One of the strengths of the CW's Arrow has been the flashbacks that help flesh out the story of Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and his cohorts. And according to executive producer Andrew Kreisberg, fans can expect more before the Season 2 finale.

Kreisberg said the following in the "Ask Ausiello" column at TVLine:

"Question: How about some Arrow news? -DJ
Ausiello: As part of our upcoming May Sweeps Preview Extravaganza, EP Andrew Kreisberg said that before the season has wrapped - and in addition to the action-packed 'roller coaster' ride taking place in the current timeline - 'there are a couple of flashbacks that are going to blow people's minds.'"

A recent twist in the show's sophomore run featured Laurel learning Oliver's secret identity. But will she use this information right away? Based on two separate reports through Kreisberg, it seems as though the character will take her time with this new information. Here's what the "Mega Buzz" column at TV Guide reports:

"It doesn't sound like she will jump right into action. 'Does she actually believe [Slade]?' executive producer Andrew Kreisberg says. 'Laurel's reaction to hearing that news is going to surprise people and it will also validate people's faith in her character. For all the people who love her, they'll love her even more. Maybe some of the people who didn't love her will change their minds.'"

And Kreisberg said the following to the "Matt's Inside Line" column at TVLine:

"'I think that people have been primed to expect Laurel's reaction to be one thing,' Kreisberg told me, 'and they're going to be very surprised by her actual reaction.'"
