Scandal Thursday's just got more "scandalous!" MStars has learned that the wife of Columbus Short kicked the actor out of the house and is planning to file for divorce.

Short allegedly put a knife to his now estranged wife, Tanee McCall's throat last week and threatened to kill her and then himself.

TMZ revealed a new restraining order showing that the Scandal star and his wife got into an dispute on April 7 at their Chatsworth home, where Tanee claims Short was drunk holding a wine bottle attempting to hit her with it, and then releasing wine all over her.

Tanee claims that her husband later ran to the kitchen for a knife, held her down on the couch and preceded to choke her. She says she was forced to play a game he made up called "Truth or Truth" and told Tanee if she lied he'd stab her in the leg.

The wife has also revealed that he thought she was cheating asking her names of whom he believed she had an affair with. When Tanee denied all the men Short allegedly put a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her and then himself.

The wife says the actor slashed her tire as she tried to leave. The restraining order has forced Short to move out of the home, as cops were there Thursday to make sure the move goes down smoothly.

Tanee who filed for divorce Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences is planning to go before a judge for sole custody of their 2-year-old daughter.

Short has also been charged with criminal domestic violence and child abuse for allegedly abusing his wife while their daughter, and his son from a previous relationship were in the Chatsworth home. The Scandal star has pled not guilty to those charges.

Short was also arrested for another alleged domestic violence incident a couple of weeks ago.
