This week's victim of the infamous celebrity wardrobe malfunction? "Glee" beauty, Lea Michele.

Oops! Stunning 27-year-old actress Lea Michele suffered a VERY revealing wardrobe malfunction while shooting her new music video for "On My Way" in the Palmdale, California desert over the weekend.
The gorgeous brunette was frolicking around in the grass when her cleavage suddenly popped-out of her loose-fitting pink top. Apparently, she definitly wasn't wearing a bra.
Michele took the chic hippie look a little too far!

At first, Michele didn't even realize that her cleavage was fully exposed! bBt she eventually took the embarrassing fashion mishap in stride, laughing and quickly pulling-up her shirt and continuing on with the video shoot.
In fact, the "New Years Eve" beauty hot-and-steamy with a sexy male model during one part of filming. Things get romantic and really touchy-feely, although in real life Michele has yet to start dating following the tragic death of longtime boyfriend Cory Monteith (July 2013).
Despite the epic fashion faux pas, Michele seems extremely excited for the release of "On My Way" -
