Beyonce looked phenomenal gracing the cover of Time Magazine. Mrs. Carter was named one of the magazine's '100 Most Influential People.'

This year's issue recognized the 32-year-old singer with high honor from the magazine, and from the COO of Facebook, Sheryl Sandberg.

"Beyoncé doesn't just sit at the table. She builds a better one," Sandberg wrote as Beyonce posed in a black and white photo, wearing a two piece see through outfit.

"She raises her voice both on- and offstage to urge women to be independent and lead."

Other "Influential People" to be honored on the cover of the magazine include actor Robert Redford, General Motors CEO Mary Barra and Brooklyn Nets center Jason Collins.
