One of the most unfortunate problems plaguing the country is the lack of awareness of sexual assault in society. In order to address this issue, the White House reached out to some notable international film stars for some public service announcements aimed at those ignorant to the fact. Thanks to Steve Carell, Benicio del Toro, Seth Meyers, Dulé Hill and Daniel Craig, this issue is getting the attention it needs.

Though this ad only lasts around one minute, the message is strong and important.

"We have a big problem, and we need your help," del Toro says to open the PSA.

As the video continues, some talented men are featured telling others of their gender to, basically, "man-up" in regards to the terrible sexual assaults going on. This strong message hopefully gets through to viewers.

Watch the PSA, which also featured Joe Biden and Barack Obama, right here:

The Vice President revealed this PSA this week and gave a passionate speech on the topic.

"No man has a right ever to raise his hand to a women period. It is assault if they do," said Biden.

He added: "We almost always ask the wrong questions when it comes to sexual assault. We continue to ask questions like 'What were you wearing? What did you say? What did you?' The real question is what made him think that he had the right to do what he did?"

"No means no, whenever it is stated," the Vice President exclaimed.
