At this point, Jennifer Aniston's been pregnant for about two full years now!

A recent cover issue of InTouch magazine blares the headline:

"Jen's baby announcement, it's a girl! Morning sickness, crazy cravings & rapid weight gain. A miracle baby at 45 - after years of fertility treatments. Justin's doting on her (neck massages at work)!"

The infamous gossip tabloid insists that the former "Friends" starlet and her "Wanderlust" fiance are overjoyed because Aniston's finally pregnant at the age of 45. It's a miracle - thanks to advanced fertility treatments.

And the happy couple's allegedly expecting a baby girl. A supposed insider reveals, "[Jen's] a little more than three-and-a-half months along and just found out the baby's sex.... It's incredible news for the two of them. Just a few months ago they were on the brink of splitting."

This snapshot was taken on the LA set of Aniston's upcoming film "Cake" on April 24.

Does it really look like the beloved actress gained any belly weight?

InTouch goes on to explain that Aniston's currently experiencing a "tough" pregnancy. The alleged source claims:

"In early April, Jen called Justin crying from the set. She said she couldn't stop throwing up. So he dropped everything, hopped on his bike, and drove over so he could personally deliver Jen's favorite organic ginger ale to her."

But in the end, it's all worth it:

"[Jen's] telling friends this is a miracle baby. She'd pretty much given up on conceiving naturally."

Do Mstars readers believe the pregnancy rumors? According to Gossip Cop, such baby talk is simply untrue (again). A "legit" rep insists that Aniston's not pregnant with a "miracle child."

Guess fans will have to wait and see if Aniston's secret "baby bump" grows anymore over the next few weeks!
