The stars came out last night for the Met Gala, one of the most fashionable nights of the year. Some looks sizzled while others fizzled. We are going to breakdown all the best and worst fashion looks of the night.
BEST

The Amazing Spider-man 2 star tangled us up in her web in this two-toned pink gown by Thakoon. Emma Stone is dolled up from head to toe in pink hues (even her little piggies are painted to match). We are loving everything about this look, from her natural makeup to her fishtail braid.

Blake Lively channels her inner Serena Van Der Woodsen, and works the red-carpet in this Gucci dress. Her ruby jewelry gives the outfit just the right amount of pop, without overpowering her. Everyone is going to be gossiping about this girl.

Charlize Theron is giving us life in this strapless dress by Dior. The spokewoman for the fashion brand stuns in this black-and-white gown, that gives us an androgynous feel with the blazer drapped over her shoulders. Maybe boyfriend Sean Penn let her borrow it because she was cold.

We knew she was trouble when she walked in. Taylor Swift trades in her cowboy boots for a elegant pink Oscar de la Renta gown. The singer tweeted right before the event "That moment when your cat casually walks up,then abruptly ATTACKS your custom satin Oscar de la Renta gown during your fitting for Met Ball." Maybe she should have her cat attack all her outfits, because she looks Ah-Maze-Ing.

Ri Ri is shining brighter than a diamond in this Stella McCartney gown. The island beauty dazzled and gleamed in this dress that made us feel like she was the only girl in the world... that mattered.

Model, Cara Delevingne, really wowed us in this Stella McCartney designed crop top and chino combination.
Pretty really does hurt, because Beyonce is killing us in this Givenchy gown!! The kimono look with the plunging neckline give us just the right amount of tease, while leaving the rest up to our imaginations. The dark lipstick and veil looks like she just got back from attending a funeral for all the other gowns that simply couldn't live up to hers.
Carrie Bradshaw is that you? The Sex and the City star turned it out in this Oscar de la Renta gown. Sarah Jessica Parker was the co-chair of the event last night and she pulled out all the stops and dazzled in this very opera inspired ensemble.

WORST

Rachel McAdams, star of Mean Girls needs to put this dress in the "Burn Book" or maybe just burn it. The nude color and shape of the gown is doing absolutely nothing for her body, and while we dont hate it, we definitely think she could have done better.
This outfit is an American Horror Story, and we think Chloe Sevigny should be sent back to the Asylum if she thinks that she pulled this one off.
Katie Holmes might have tried to give us her best Belle impersonation with this outfit, but this dress is making her look more like the Beast then the Beauty.
This dress may be "How She Do," but we think Rita Ora needs to say "R.I.P" to this ballerina inspired look.
Shailene Woodley might be starring in The Fault in Our Stars but we are thinking that they should rename it to The Fault in This Dress. This butterfly dress needs to make a metamorphosis into something more suitable for the young starlet.
While fashion designer Nicole Richie is usually on top of her game when it comes to dressing for red-carpets, we are disappointed with her selection. The metallic see-through dress is just awkward; it would have looked better if it was one solid texture instead of the patches of fabric here-and-there. We will say however, that we are still loving the violet hair.
While Lena Dunahm might be a girl at heart, we dont think that she should still be dressing like one. She needs to trade in this dress for something a little more age appropriate.

Oh Honey No!! Kate Upton gave us the worst look of the night in this outfit that looks like she should be attending a Day of the Dead festival instead of a ball. Better luck next time Kate.
