MStars just learned that Apollo Nida, the husband of Phaedra Parks and reality star of Real Housewives of Atlanta pled guilty to bank fraud, mail, wire and identity theft on Tuesday, May 6.

According to Hollywood Life, the U.S. Attorneys' office cracked down on Apollo, after he "cashed tons of stolen U.S. Treasury checks, and checks from the Delta Airlines pension fund...then laundered the money through bank accounts in the names of people whose IDs he also stole."

The odds are not looking good for Apollo; he also allegedly received more money by filing fake tax returns, while receiving loans for cars that he did not own.

AJC.com reported that Apollo accepted charges that could put him in prison for up to 30 years and fine him up to $1 million. The Judge in the case, Charles Pannell has set the sentencing hearing for July 8 at 2p.m.
