Dennis Flemion of The Frogs has been missing since a boating trip on Saturday (July 7) and Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan is "devastated" to hear the news.  While Flemion was on a trip with family and friends on Wind Lake in Racine, Wisconsin, he went out for a swim and never returned.

Corgan and Flemion had been long time friends, and Flemion once played live keyboards for The Smashing Pumpkins from 1996-1997.

The following note was written on the official website of The Frogs: "Our thoughts go out to (bandmate and brother) Jimmy, the rest of the Flemion family, their friends and everyone who was lucky enough to know Dennis. Simply saying, 'he'll be missed' doesn't come close to covering it."

Corgan expressed sadness on his twitter, "I'm devastated by the loss of my friend Dennis Flemion. Words can't explain the sorrow. A tragic loss. Please pray for his family."
