LHHATL Custody Battle: Mimi Faust calls Stevie J a deadbeat dad after he threatens to take their daughter away [VIDEO]

Love and Hip Hop: ATL star Mimi Faust says that's Stevie J doesn't pay his child support for their 3-year-old daughter Eva.

In an interview with Atlanta radio station V-103, the reality star blasted Stevie J for not taking care of their child and explained that her current boyfriend, Nikko London does more than the Grammy award winning producer.

"He don't help me with Eva. He's not there for her at all. So don't worry about how much money I make, ok? Me and Nikko take care of the baby."


In episode 2 of LHHATL Stevie J threatened his ex-girlfriend that he would take legal actions to take away his daughter from Mimi after her sex tape leak.

Stevie J told his ex, "I just need to see if you're making right decisions, If my daughter needs to be around you making irrational decisions." He continued his rant, "Cause you know that I got money and I would put up all the money for a lawyer to make sure my daughter is good."

In other VH1 reality show news, "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" reality star Stevie J. reportedly owes $1.2 million in unpaid child support for two children he had with his former girlfriend.

According to AllHipHop.com music industry executive rep, Carol Bennett says that the reality star's assets are being targeted. Bennett revealed that the former Bad Boy producer will hold a press conference this week and give detail about a "historical child support case."

Bounty Alert and the Custodial Support Foundation, an organization that recovers hidden assets is set to investigate companies that are associated with the producer to uncover shielded wealth.

According to AllHipHop.com, Tiffany Stewart Esq., President of the Custodial Support Foundation said, "Our preliminary investigative efforts in Ms. Bennett's case have uncovered information which raises huge concerns."

Since Stevie J left New York after owing 20 times more than his debt $10,000 today, he could be sent to prison.

Stevie J.'s press conference will be held October 31 at 11:30AM, at 1 Little West 12th Street (Corner of 9th & Hudson) in the 2nd Floor conference room.
