A couple of months ago Teddy Bridgewater was supposed to be the No. 1 pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, but after a horrible pro day and a tough spell of criticism he fell all the way to No. 32. He was picked by the Minnesota Vikings and he's out to prove his his doubters that he is good enough to star in the NFL - but is he?

A few days before the NFL Draft, Teddy Bridgewater hit out at those belittling him, saying "The game tape speaks volumes because I'm in live action, I'm out there making reads, going through progressions, redirection protection, signalling hot routes, getting the offense in and out of the right play. Looking at those things, I think those things outweigh the pro day."

The Vikings evidently thought long and hard about Teddy and traded to take the pick from the Super Bowl champions, the Seattle Seahawks. Teddy may have dropped 31 places, but after it's all said and done he'll carry this pain with him, which should make him a better QB in the long run. Bridgewater's done enough to warrant a first-round selection, but had he of dropped to the second round, he may of suffered a drop in confidence, so staying in the opening round should be enough to keep him happy, yet further motivate him.

Will Teddy Bridgewater be the QB of the class of 2014, or did he rightfully drop so rapidly? Watch out NFL, Teddy is coming, and he now has a point to prove.
