It looks like there is reason to celebrate tonight in the Garden state.

The good news just keeps on coming for Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her family. The reality star was dismissed last week as a defendant in a fraud lawsuit filed against her by Joe Mastropole, a former business partner, and it looks like her husband Joe Giudice has also been dismissed of the fraud charges.

The "alleged" lawsuit claimed that Joe Giudice had forged Mastropole's signature on documents to obtain a mortgage for an apartment building that the two owned together. According to the lawsuit, Giudice owed Mastropole $260,000, which was never paid to him after his name was taken off the lease.

Earlier today, Superior court of New Jersey Judge, Kenneth Slowmienski , threw the case out entirely.

This victory for the family could be huge in their impending legal troubles, of which this case was just one part. The couple's legal coach Wendy Feldman tells RadarOnline "This is a HUGE victory for the Giudice family and for their ongoing criminal case that is taking new turns by the day."

The couple will be sentenced on July 8 where they could be facing jail time after pleading guilty to bank, bankruptcy, mail, and wire fraud, back in March.

Teresa's legal troubles have also been holding up the sixth season of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, which is get to have a premiere date.

An insider tells RadarOnline that "Teresa's legal team absolutely won't let her do any interviews before the sentencing hearing because it could impact her sentence. If Teresa was out doing press interviews promoting RHONJ before the July 8 sentencing, it would look like she wasn't taking the process seriously, which she definitely is. After the sentence is handed down, it's expected Bravo will officially give Season Six a premiere date."

Teresa and Joe have been spending as much time with their family as possible before the July sentencing date the source adds. "Family is everything to Teresa and she is trying to keep things as normal as possible for her daughters."
