Get your smizing eyes ready because Tyra Banks is getting ready for a comeback.

The model turned television personality is in talks to produce a new documentary series for VH1 which will focus on the lives of five different transgender women. The title for the series is tentatively being called TransAmerica.

The news of Tyra's show comes on the heels of reports that Laverne Cox, trans actress on the hit Netflix series Orange is the New Black, is looking to produce a similar transgender reality series for MTV.

Looks like the two girls are looking to cash in on the success that is Rupaul's Drag Race.  Surprisingly enough, Banks has even cast an alum from Drag Race to star in the series. The series will follow five girls, one of which is Carmen Carrera, who was featured on season three of Rupaul's show. Carrera and Tyra have something else in common; recently Carrera was signed to Elite Model Management which represented Tyra.

The series will also follow the lives of Giselle, Natalia, Sidney, and Victory, who are all overcoming hardships as transgender women. Giselle, is a college graduate who is getting ready to go under the knife for her sexual reassignment operation; Natalia, works as a beauty consultant but deals with a family who is unsupportive; Sidney, is described as the "ultimate party girl" according to Deadline; and  Victory, is a perspective doctor despite being discriminated against.

The series will consist of eight hour-long episodes. A release date for the show hasn't been set yet.
