Terrell Owens, Rachel Snider Divorce Drama: T.O. too broke to pay for wife's lawyer, NFL star wants Rachel to pay up

Former NFL star Terrell Owens recently filed documents to his judge saying that he is too broke to pay for his estranged wife, Rachel Snider's legal fees. According to TMZIn the filed documents, the former wide receiver says that he is unable to pay for his 3-day wife's expensive lawyer because he has been employable.

"Besides my athletic abilities, I do not have any special skill set or education that makes me employable. I use my celebrity status as a former NFL player as much as possible as I struggle to earn a living to support my children."

In February, Owens said that he wanted Snider to pay his legal fees. According to TMZ, the former football star claims, in filed documents in the L.A. County Superior Court, that the pair was happily married for only three days after their rushed marriage on January 23rd. The former Cowboys athlete also denied that having a community property after Snider insisted that Owen's was using her for a $2 million home.

The break up seemed to have affected Snider who was admitted to a hospital after a suicide attempt from "broken heart," according to TMZ.

Terrell Owens opened up about his rumored divorce with his wife of two weeks, Rachel Snider after she told TMZ that's he was filing for divorce because the former NFL star only married her for $2 million.

According to HipHollywood, Owens said, "I have to put on a good smile and keep my head up...I can't worry about what everybody else thinks or any allegations."

According to TMZ, Owens's wife of two weeks, Rachel Snider wants to break up with him after secretly marrying Owens in a courthouse ceremony in Newhall, CA on January 23.

Snider told TMZ, that she believes the marriage was a scheme so the athlete could get a $2 million loan for a new home in Sherman Oaks, CA, and has recently moved from California and plans to file for divorce herself.

"I felt in love ... and now I feel betrayed and heartbroken," Snider says.

Snider added, "I really valued his love and friendship for 5 years. Out of the love in my heart, I tried to help him. We had a secret relationship for 5 years and I married him for love."

On Feburary 9, Snider tweeted she wouldn't degrade her estranged husband, "I love Terrell always and forever . Hr is a wonderful, athlete, father, friend and brother in Christ. I will nvr regret saying I do."

She later tweeted, "I will not bash him on twitter or any other forum . He has children and family. What needs to be said, will be said in court."
