Though Michael Jackson is not here with us now, a highly anticipated documentary is currently being finished by Jackson's friend, Director Spike Lee.  The documentary will focus on the album Bad.

Lee had a chance to access never before heard songs from Jackson while working on this documentary including 60 demos that were written for the Bad album.  A re-release of the album that includes additional tracks to commemorate its 25th anniversary will drop on September 18.

Michael Jackson's influence on pop music is undeniable.  Bad is one of Jackson's top album which has sold over 30 million copies internationally.

According to Lee, this yet to be titled documentary will expose different sides of Michael Jackson.  Lee took time to speak with artists who have been impacted by Jackson and his music as well people who have worked with him.

Lee shared with MTV, "We have footage in this documentary that no one's ever seen, stuff that Michael shot himself, behind-the-scenes stuff."  He added, "You don't have to be a Michael Jackson-head to enjoy this."
