The first official trailer has been released for the sci-fi/drama Interstellar. The space odyssey flick comes from the trippy mind of the Memento director and stars a newly-Oscar winning actor. Will you be anxious to see this movie after the trailer?
This is the first film that Christopher Nolan has made after finishing up The Dark Knight trilogy. The Batman Begins filmmaker still has one of his regular actors, Michael Caine, showing up in his flicks. Caine isn't playing Alfred Pennyworth, Batman's butler, this time around. Aren't you excited as I am to see Caine and McConaughey act in the same scene together?
After taking home as Academy Award, the Dallas Buyers Club member is guaranteed to get an Emmy nomination for his riveting performance in HBO's True Detective. In the video, the Texas-accented rural engineer has to fly up into space to save his daughter from a dying earth.
The Inception director sure knows how to keep his movies knee deep in mystery. Is the story supposed to take place in an apocalyptic future? A shadowy character says, "The world doesn't need any more engineers. We didn't run out of planes and television sets. We ran out of food." What does any of this dialogue mean to you, readers?
The end credits state the script is written by Person of Interest's Jonathan Nolan. If you are a fan of the action-packed TV series, then you have to see this flick just to see these characters talk. In The Dark Knight Rises, which this Nolan brother wrote as well, Catwoman and Batman tease each other exactly like how Reese and Shaw banter back and forth on the top-rated TV show.
