And now a message from Solange and Jay Z.

The season finale of Saturday Night Live premiered last night and boy was it a star studded event. Andy Samberg hosted but took the episode to bring back some of our favorite SNL alumni from over the years including Kristen Wiig, Bill Hader, and Fred Armissen.

In the opening skit, Maya Rudolph reprised her beloved role of Beyoncé, during a fake press conference set up between Jay Z and Solange after their infamous Met Gala elevator brawl.

Jay Pharoah's impersonation of Hova was spot on, while SNL newcomer Sasheer Zamata gave us her best Solange performance. The pair addressed the rumors of why the fight went down even going as far as to show the elevator video, but this time they played the audio that goes along with it.

According to the overdubbed audio, the fight was actually not a fight at all but rather Solange's way of trying to get a spider off her brother-in-laws clothes.

"Oh my God there's a spider on you!!," Solange screams. "What, get it, you know I hate spiders," Jay says. In between hits Knowles says she can't get it because "It keeps moving." Hov tell her to "Kick it." Solange finally gets the spider, which Jay expresses his for gratitude by saying "I love you."

Beyoncé shows up halfway through the skit to give her own statement on the events. During the press conference she break into some of her most popular songs including "Drunk in Love," "Irreplaceable," and "Crazy In Love."

The Carter-Knowles family has just two more things to say before the skit ends. "One Surfboard, and two... live from New York it's Saturday night."
