Miley Cyrus’ New Arm Tattoo

In addition to her current inks, Miley Cyrus showed off her new tattoo when she stepped out of her yoga class a few days ago.

The tattoo which was on her left forearm was believed to be a political quotation. Now who would have thought the former "Hannah Montana" star had an interest in politics? But either way, the phrase tattooed on her arms was a quote from former President Abraham Lincoln.

Miley's newest tattoo reads, "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."

The quote was from Lincoln's speech in Sorbonne, Paris on April 23, 1910. The full part of the speech says, "It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better."

Miley's new ink was revealed the same time she changed her Twitter profile picture for a cute one with her and fiancé Liam Hemsworth. The young actress is still clearly smitten with her recent engagement to the Australian hunk.

In one Twitter photo yesterday, Miley and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus were snapped in a tender moment. The 19-year-old singer/actress was seen tightly hugging her father. Billy is said to be worried about his daughter and Liam's quick and early decision to get married, and even hopes that the engagement will last longer.

Miley and her boyfriend Liam announced their engagement early last month. The two met on the set of their 2009 movie, "The Last Song" and from then on, their romance blossomed.
