Ciara and Future share happy thoughts and tears as they face new challenges of parenthood

Future and Ciara cried happy tears as they left a Los Angeles hospital to start the new journey of parenthood with their new son, Future.

Baby Wilburn entered the world on Monday, May 19 and is finally on his way home. The singer posted on Twitter, Wednesday May 21 sharing an emotional moment as she was leaving the hospital as a new mother.

Rapper Future also tweeted his thoughts and his appreciation for his fiancée, while mentioning his song featuring Kanye West, "I Won."

Although this is not Future's first time at fatherhood, Future Zahir Wilburn is Ciara's first child. Future shouted out his daughter, Londyn who graduated from pre K this week as well.

The rapper and father wrote, "I Love to put a smile on your face #Londyn My baby graduated pre K today & I'm extremely proud of her..Enjoying every moment," as he shared a photo of his daughter at graduation.
