It's called the richest game in sports, and rightfully so. The English Championship playoff final is worth well over $100 million and of course the ultimate prize in promotion to the English Premier League. Queens Park Rangers, who were registered from the EPL a year ago, went head-to-head with Derby County at Wembley Stadium on Saturday evening.

Former Tottenham Hotspurs manager Harry Redknapp led his QPR side out against former England manager Steve McClaren, but which would finish the winner? Both teams had chances in this edgy encounter, yet it seemed Derby would go on to win when QPR had a man red carded in the second half with nearly 30 minutes remaining.

Derby battered QPR for the remainder of the tie, however, much to surprise of everyone watching and the players themselves couldn't believe their eyes when Bobby Zamora grabbed a final second winner for his 10-man QPR side, breaking the hearts of everyone associated with Derby County.

Both teams will be going through a lot of changes in the summer, but with two great seasons in the book, would it be wise for both teams to stick with the core of their squads? Of course extra additions will be needed, but it's clear both teams are talented.

Can QPR with their financial backing and new windfall find success in the EPL next season? What's next for Derby County, and can they bounce back? It's been a tough season for all involved, but the Championship is at long last, finally finished.
