NFL Drama: Find Out Why Kyle Orton, Richard Sherman and Patrick Peterson Are Angry

NFL stars are currently enjoying their down-time, but it doesn't seem to of stopped the drama that comes with being a professional American football player. Dallas Cowboys quarterback Kyle Orton is locked in an intense battle with his team, whilst Super Bowl winning corner back Richard Sherman and Patrick Peterson have entered a 'War of Words' battle. There's never a dull day in the NFL.

Kyle Orton has made it clear that he wants to retire from the NFL, but the 31-year-old, who claims he doesn't want to play for any team, would owe the Cowboys $3 million of a signing bonus if he was to do so. The Cowboys want to keep him as backup, but Orton wants to walk away and seemingly keep his signing bonus in its entirety. What can happen to satisfy both camps?

Elsewhere elite NFL corner backs Richard Sherman, of the Super Bowl-winning Seattle Seahawks, and Patrick Peterson of the the Arizona Cardinals, are both locked in a battle of words. Peterson has said his thoughts, without worrying what his rival will think of it. Peterson explained "I don't want to get into a debate as far as getting the stats that he has and things like that. Obviously his job is much easier than mine." ...

At a time when money is being thrown at corner backs, it seems they're all vying for the top-spot. Sherman's Super Bowl ring and increased salary seemingly speak for itself, but he replied, keeping it short and sweet, saying "Want what I got? Get the stats I got! Least targeted. #opinionvsfact".
