Kim Kardashian Wedding Dress PHOTOS: Kim Marries Kanye West In Trendy Gown

"Keeping up with the Kardashian" reality star, Kim Kardashian married rapper, Kanye West in an exclusive ceremony in Fort di Belvedere in Florence, Italy on Saturday and a photo of the expensive wedding gown has hit the net.

The 33-year-old wore a long sleeved Duchess of Cambridge's inspired gown created by Givenchy, which hugged her curvy body, that was covered with a long sheer veil, according to US Weekly.

According to People.com, Kardashian walked down the aisle with stepfather, Bruce Jenner as Andrea Bocelli sang "Con te Partiró."

Reports for the significance of the marriage in Florence was due to the pair conceiving their daughter, North West.

Kanye West couldn't keep his composure on Saturday in Atlantic City during his concert, and stopped the music to acknowledge his girlfriend, Kim Kardashian as his "Baby Momma." The rapper was going into his next song when he told engineering to stop the music and told the crowd "Can we make some noise for my baby momma..."

The next day the couple headed to Las Vegas for the New Years Eve at the 1 Oak nightclub at the Mirage Hotel & Casino. However, Kardashian laid the rumors to rest and confirmed to US Weekly "I have felt good. I haven't had any morning sickness, but it still isn't the easiest." She added, "People always say it's easy and fun. It's definitely an adjustment learning about your body and stuff like that. I've been feeling really good so that's good."

Although the "Keeping up with the Kardashian" star is still married to Kris Humphries, she's ready to start her new life with West and probably taking things slow the Hollywood way. According to US Weekly, a source says wedding bells will be ringing soon, "He's told friends and family he was gonna [marry] her since the day they met." Kardashian seems to be feeling really anxious about finding out about the sex of her baby, "Of course I do want to know. I can't find out yet, but I do want to know."
