After the Indiana Pacers won game 1 of the Eastern. Conference finals, many jumped the gun, saying the Miami Heat wouldn't get a chance to be in the finals, let alone win their third straight. Those people couldn't of been more wrong. LeBron James, the Heat's key player, has played in a way to shows how hungry he and his Heat team are for further success.

The Heat won game 4 102-90 to ensure they will arrive in Indiana with a 3-1 victory. The win all but secures the Heat's series victory, considering they're not usually the kind of team to lose 3 straight games. So, why have the Heat been unstoppable in the last 3 games? Many reasons have contributed, but it's largely down to the performances from LeBron James.

The NBA's best player, In James, is on a mission to win multiple championships, and his on-court performances certainly reflect that. In game 4 James dropped 32 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. His all-round influence was a large reason the Pacers couldn't get near the Heat. The Pacers have shown glimpses of good play, but it seems like another season of "what ifs?" will be the result, leaving them looking to, yet again, go one better the following season.

Barring an almighty collapse, the Heat will win 1 of their next 3, seeing themselves enter the NBA finals against the San Antonio Spurs or the Oklahoma City Thunder. Could there be a LeBron James vs Kevin Durant battle for the championship? It's going to be an exciting time for basketball fans.
