Looks like Bravo is really looking to bring the drama next season.

According to NaughtyButNiceRob, the network is adding a new stipulation to each of the Real Housewives contracts, either you bring the drama or you're fired.

"The ladies are being offered only 8 week contracts. If they don't deliver the drama in the first few weeks of taping they will be dropped," a Bravo source revealed to the gossip site.

The insider goes on to say that in the past, housewives have promised to bring big life changing storylines to the program such as pregnancies, and weddings, but when the cameras start rolling they back out.

An unrevealed cast member of one of the Real Housewives cities even confirms that the new contracts are real. "Bravo has got super smart. They wont be followed by false promises anymore. If they don't deliver the drama fast, they will be cut."

The newest seasons of New York and Beverly Hills haven't been as drama filled as past seasons and the ratings are suffering because of it. The last few seasons of Real Housewives of New York have followed the failed business ventures of some of the housewives including Sonja Morgan; we all remember her damn toaster oven don't we?

The source says that Bravo is tired of showing flop businesses from the ladies whether it's unsuccessful workout DVD's (Phadra Parks and Kenya Moore), botched QVC Lines (NeNe Leakes and Kyle Richards), Book Deals (All of them), and our personal favorite ear-numbing music (although we have to say that we still sing "Tardy for the Party" on a daily basis.)

As of right now there is no specific date to when these new contracts will go into effect, but we are excited for something to change up the housewives seasons, which have become a little bit stale as of late, to be honest.
