Katy Perry A Global 'Cosmopolitan' Superstar! Songstress Becomes First To Cover The Magazine In 62 Different Countries [See Covers Here]

Katy Perry really is a global superstar.

The "Birthday" singer is looking prismatic as ever on the July cover of Cosmopolitan. On top of looking fierce, the songstress also makes history by becoming the first ever global star for the magazine. This month she is covering not one, not two, not three... but a whole 62 Cosmo magazines in different countries around the world.

We picked a few of our favorite covers, and you're going to love them.

The US cover features Perry in a rainbow long sleeve dress, with a zipper running the down the whole front of the dress. Surprisingly, the American cover is the most conservative with the zipper zipped all the way to the top, while some other countries including Greece and Vietnam open up the zipper to accentuate Perry's cleavage.

In the American issue, out June 3, Perry talks about her feeling now for ex-boyfriend John Mayer, why she likes to wear minimal makeup, and what type of alcohol she'll never drink again.

The articles differ depending on which countries magazine you pick up, for instance in the UK edition the singer talks about Beyoncé, her relationship with Russell Brand, and her sex drought. Even famous singers have dry spells.  

Katy also had a very special message for those Cosmo girls out there saying, "If you're secretly reading the mag and not really allowed to, don't worry, I did it too."

This is one issue that we'd be scared to read under the covers, since it's so hot it might start a fire.
