According to Chris Brown, ex-girlfriend Rihanna will never accept Karrueche Tran's friendship. And troubled the "Fine China" crooner totally understands that.
Despite Breezy's legal woes, his on-and-off again romance with Tran continues holding strong. Apparently, the aspiring model would like to squash any "beef" with RiRi, but that's not going to happen anytime soon. And who can really blame the "Pour It Up" songstress for that? Well, not her violent ex-beau!
A friend "close" to Brown reveals to HollywoodLife.com:
"Rihanna and Kae aren't real cool but that's Rihanna's fault because in the past, Kae has tried to communicate. But Chris knows he did something awful to that girl and knows she deserved better than that."
Breezy regrets his disturbing actions back in 2009 that resulted in a domestic violence case involving the Barbadian beauty. But everyone's since moved-on:
"He knows he's no longer that man and wasn't even that man in that moment when it all went down," the source continued. "He wishes he could changed those circumstances so that they never even happened."
But for now, he's ready to take the next big step with Tran. And so is she.
The insider explains, "To let Karrueche tell it, she's going to lock his a$$ up, bathe him for hours, and forget about the outside world. He just wants to have his freedom."
Brown was released early from jail on June 2 - and Tran shared her enthusiam on Instagram.
"He doesn't want to be around anyone, just his family and Kae and he wants to be in his home doing nothing. He misses his couches, his bed, his shower," the source concludes. "You can tell by the look on his puppy dog face that he's sad and tired."
