Rumors initially suggested that HOV had a sexy "fling" with hip-hop princess Rihanna behind Queen Bey's back. But now rumors are even more scandalous - apparently, the Magna Carta... Holy Grail rapper is cheating on his stunning wife - with a pretty NYC nightclub hostess named Casey Cohen!

The (rather seedy) story's still developing, but according to the infamous gossip webloidMediaTakeOut.com, Queen Bey's definitely considering divorce this time - the "Drunk In Love" diva's had enough of HOV's deceitful ways (via InTouch magazine).

So, here's the deal (allegedly).

Miss Cohen is a blonde bombshell who entertains the VIP section at NYC's legendary 1Oak (a favorite celebrity hot-spot). An alleged InTouch insider reveals:

"Jay probably sees her twice a month. He visits her while she's working and then they slip away for an after-party, She'll hang out with him all night, flirting with him and touching him..."

And Cohen is just one of Jay's many sexy "side chicks." Apparently, he's been fooling around on Bey for awhile...

Baby Blue Ivy's mom knows that her hubby can't change his ways, so she's preparing to end the marriage.

The hip-hop power couple still seems totally infatuated with one another... so what's the deal?
